Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof is Chairman and Trustee of Yayasan Hasanah. He is also currently Chairman of AMMB Holdings Berhad. Tan Sri holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Otago, New Zealand and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is also an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program at Wharton School and the Banking and Monetary Program of Harvard University. Tan Sri had spent a significant amount of his career with the CIMB Group where he held several key positions in the group's subsidiaries, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Commerce (M) Berhad (now known as CIMB Bank Berhad). Tan Sri had served for a term as the Executive Chairman of the Securities Commission Malaysia. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of Malaysian Airline System Berhad after serving a period as Advisor in the Ministry of Finance. He was also a Board Director of Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Chairman of Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad and Lembaga Tabung Haji.
