As Chief Impact Officer at Yayasan Hasanah, Aditi leads the social impact practice and is responsible for shaping the knowledge capabilities for the organization. With extensive experience working across geographies including India, Australia, and Southeast Asia, Aditi brings a deep understanding of grassroot-level development needs to her roles. She has held several key positions at the United Nations, including at United Nations Development Programme and leading country-wide evaluations at the UN Resident Coordinator's Office in India.

Aditi is an ardent gender justice advocate and remains invested in exploring how organisations can keep their ears to the ground and learn to deliver equitable, effective, and transformational social change programmes. Aditi holds an MPhil in Gender and Evaluation and was an Echenberg Human Rights Fellow at McGill University.
