Louise is CEO of SIX (Social Innovation Exchange), a global organisation focusing on accelerating learning, innovation and exchange across borders and sectors. Fuelled by a belief that change is more effective when people work collectively, SIX runs major programmes to help philanthropy, companies and governments embrace social innovation and prepare for future challenges more effectively.

Louise has worked with the European Commission on social innovation since 2010, advises several European projects, and sat on the Advisory group for social innovation for the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Louise is a seasoned speaker on cross sector/border collaboration, future thinking and social innovation globally and is interested in the development of these topics across Asia.
