Pritha Venkatachalam

Partner and Co-Head, Asia and Africa, The Bridgespan Group

Pritha is a partner and co-Head, Asia and Africa at The Bridgespan Group, and head of the India office. She has advised philanthropists, governments, nonprofits, and the private sector across Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa on strategy, results delivery, and operating models. She has led and co-authored reports on collaborative philanthropy, NGO leadership, community driven change, and public health, among others.

Previously, Pritha established and led the New Delhi office of Dalberg Global Development Advisors. She earlier served as a Director and India head at Cambridge Economic Policy Associates, UK; and was also a financial specialist at the World Bank.

Pritha holds a Masters in Development Management from the London School of Economics and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. She is a recipient of the Citibank Leadership Award and V-WA Award for Women Leaders.
