Maxime advises philanthropies, donors, and impact investors on deploying capital effectively through Impact-Linked Finance (ILF). Formerly the Lead of Impact Intelligence & Education, she led global capacity-building initiatives that improve impact investment readiness of over 300 impact enterprises. As Program Director of Biniyog-Briddhi, a Swiss-funded initiatives to build Bangladesh’s impact investing ecosystem, she advised on the country’s Impact Investing Strategy Action Plan and enabled over 180,000 low-income customers to access essential products and services by providing catalytic funding and capacity building to social enterprises. With a strong background in impact measurement, she has contributed to investment committees and advisory boards, and holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Hertie School, where her research focused on social impact bond metrics design.
