Antonio “Tony” G. Lambino II

President, Ayala Foundation, Inc.

Antonio “Tony” G. Lambino II is the President of Ayala Foundation, Inc., the social development arm of Ayala Corporation, and serves on its Board of Trustees. He also holds leadership and advisory roles in several organizations, including the Philippine Council for NGO Certification, the Association of Foundations, and the Philippine Air Force’s Multi-Sector Governance Council. Previously, Tony served in government as Managing Director of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and Assistant Secretary of the Department of Finance, where he led public engagement for tax reform and socio-economic initiatives. His career includes roles at Ayala Corporation, the International Rice Research Institute, and the World Bank, with a focus on communication, governance, and development. Tony holds master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Kennedy School, and the National Defense College of the Philippines. He graduated cum laude in Communication from Ateneo de Manila and was named one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines in 1999.
